1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Sipil
2. Berpengalaman sebagai Pengawas Lapangan minimal 1 (satu) tahun
3. Mampu memahami dan membaca disain gambar Infrastruktur.
4. Memahami spesifikasi Alat Berat Konstruksi Bangunan
5. Memahami Penilaian Progress Pekerjaan bangunan - Basic
6. Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi kerja perusahaan.
7. Mampu bekerja dalam Team, kemampuan analisa, memiliki Motivasi & Integritas yang tinggi.
8. Mampu bekerja dengan target.
