- Identify the need for operational training or learning programs and oversee their preparation to enhance operational excellence.
- Analyze the training or learning database to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the ANBS team's training programs.
- Foster positive relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the learning programs.
- Manage the Arya Noble Business School database by updating training records, tracking expenses, and maintaining related data to support operational excellence.
- Keep track of learning assets by recording and monitoring them to ensure their readiness.
- Provide reports on analysis, learning program preparations, and more, and communicate them to the team to streamline processes.
- Handle all administrative and payment requirements for training or learning program activities to achieve operational excellence.
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning Management; Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Data Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Skills in Project Management, Learning Needs Analysis, and Data Analysis.
