Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make work plans (Call Plans) in peripheral and out-of-city rayon work areas on a regular basis as well
  2. Manage and make regular visits to distributor and non-distributor outlets to carry out merchandising activities (POS, planograms and display settings), ensure availability and develop the market through education about product benefits.
  3. Help carry out merchandising activities and maintain availability in the area of responsibility.
  4. Help conduct surveys to outlets and report to superiors any other pharmaceutical company activities that have a significant impact on the development of their products and Conduct regular and periodic market surveys to obtain accurate information about products
  5. Establish cooperation with distributor/subdist or outlet salesmen as well as all parties related to distribution activities and merchandising areas for which they are responsible.
  6. Evaluate and maintain branding or displays in outlets or areas that are their responsibility.
  7. Manage operational funds and POSM facilities effectively and efficiently and achieve efficient sales compared to targets in the rayon for which he is responsible.

Job Requirement: 

  1. Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
  2. Have SIM A or B1
  3. Have integrity, collaboration skills, creativity and flexibility
  4. Have a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
