Scope of Role:
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Regional Business Development Manager/Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the growth of Easybook.com’s customer base of Bus Operators in Indonesia.
Job Descriptions:
- Engage, retain and grow customers by helping them to transform their bus transportation management into online system to enhance their business value of transport operators.
- Build up a strong business ecosystem through understanding the client’s needs and positioning Easybook’s platform as an advanced solution for their ticketing requirements.
- Provide strong sales leadership for our team to achieve its financial goals and help them solve customers’ problems by providing outstanding solutions and customer service.
- Strategize and lead in the execution of programmes and campaigns to uplift the value of partnerships, through collaboration with partner and in-house teams.
- Working Area: Sumatera Selatan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales and business development.
- Displays excellent influencing, facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to be persuasive and trusted by all levels including senior management
- Strategic -always has in mind the “big picture” and can formulate strategies to be successful in the near and long terms
- Good customers service, negotiating and problem solving skills
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
- Open to be relocated if possible.
