Job Description
This role is mainly responsible to implement an advanced backend & frontend system related to land transportation system to help Bus Terminals and/or Bus Operators transforming their business processes into digital.
The roles and duties:
- Execute end-to-end implementation processes at Bus Terminal sites and/or Bus Operators sites, includes backend, frontend, API integration, etc.
- Conduct initial training to enable Bus operators using the systems after implementation.
- Work with regional IT team for system development based on discussion with Bus Operators or Terminal Management, and for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct product demo and presentation to Bus Operators.
- Helping admin and customer service in checking tickets in the system
- Regularly report to Head of CS & IT Support
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT Related studies or a equivalent degree or professional qualification.
- At least of 1 year of working experience in as IT support, especially in field, customer sites assignment.
- Experience in implementation processes of SaaS is a plus.
- Able to communicate in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- A self-starter and able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, integrity.
Location: Based in Sidoarjo/Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, with high frequency assignments to other cities.
