Job Description

  • Organize and conduct assessment center process for all Business Units of the company
  • Develop and construct assessment center exercises to match the assessment purposes
  • Provide Individual assessment reports and collaborate with users to prepare individual Development Plan
  • Monitor the implementation of Individual Development Plan in order to meet the development needs of employees.
  • Coordinate with Talent Management & Learning Center to follow up development programs based on the IDP
  • Ensure all assessment data are well documented and reported to Superior on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Education minimum S1 Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering, or S2 Professional Psychology
  • Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying)
  • Work experience minimum 3 years as Assessor for Managerial positions
  • Comprehend end-to-end assessment center flow
  • Mastering the use of assessment center simulation exercises or psychological test tools
  • Able to record, classify, and evaluate behavioral / psychological evidences from a wide range of assessment tools
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (especially Word, Excel, and Power Point)
