PT Maybank Indonesia Finance engages in the business of multi financing and was established on February 13,1991 based on notarial deed No. 163 in Jakarta, as a company the scope of activities of the Company includes Investment Financing, Capital Financing, Multipurpose Financing and other financing as approved by The Financial Services Authority. Maybank Indonesia Finance shareholders are PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk (99.99%) and Maybank Worker’s Cooperatives (0.01%). 

In line with the change in the Company’s controlling shareholder’s name, from PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk to PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk., as the subsidiary of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk., the Company also changed its name from PT BII Finance Center to PT Maybank Indonesia Finance.

The Company is always fully committed to improving its services to the public. This is proved by the increasingly diverse types of financing product offered by the Company, among others financing for four-wheeled vehicles, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, as well as sharia-based financing.
