We are looking for a passionate marketer with solid expertise in digital platform industry, especially for B2C market, to strategize marketing movements to increase brand awareness, traffics, conversion, market share, and company profit.
Job Description:
- Research on marketing opportunities, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and build up a sharp marketing plan to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Develop, execute, oversee, and evaluate branding strategy and marketing campaign across all channels, online and offline platforms, to promote brand awareness.
- Set targets, budget & activities to enhance the brand including but not limited to touchpoint identification, ads, and digital marketing.
- Develop strategic analysis to assess and measure company brands, products, and service success.
- Closely monitor and grow web traffics & mobile app downloads with high conversion rate.
- Manage relationships with partners to expand reaches of the untapped market.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience in transforming customer behavior from offline to online, especially in B2C.
- Solid knowledge and proven track in marketing strategies, analytics, and tools, ideally 5+ years of experience in marketing and innovation in digital platform of a consumer and brand-centric business; startup (remote working), transportation, technology environment or similar.
- Exponential skills on how to grow traffics to the platform for both new & existing users.
- Result driven, hands-on attitude, good communicator and presenter.
- Innovative & creative person with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Self-starter with high sense of initiative to quickly execute/adapt necessary actions.
- Must have a supervisory background with good collaboration and organization skills.
- Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa.
- Must be willing to travel.
