We are looking for a passionate sales person with an exceptional sense of high quality service to satisfy clients by providing the right solutions to solve clients’ hiring pain points.
Responsibilities:
- Approach, engage, and onboard new clients
- Identify clients’ pain points in their hiring processes and provide solutions
- Help the clients to fulfil their needs of best match candidates as required
- Liaise with other divisions to achieve company goals
- Achieve daily & monthly performance target
- Managing pipeline and bring more leads to grow opportunities
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field, high quality fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Experience in B2B solution selling, especially in recruitment industries
- Able to work with minimum supervision to achieve company goals
