Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
Provide training to channel partner and external stake holder on product knowledge
Job Requirement:
Must have at least Bachelor's Degree
Have at least 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training/public speaking background
Have excellent understanding in Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
Able to coordinate & collaborate cross functionally within organization
