Promote and Selling UPS, products and services to customer, and achieve business target, Growth and KPIs as assigned.
Acquire new customers, grwo customer bae and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation
Perform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers. Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs
Retain and develp existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any
Support and participate in business programs and execute country and regional projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree / S1 in any field of study
Experience 2-3 years in the same field
Good capability in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and presentation
