Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full scope of HR operations in Indonesia, ensuring legal compliance and aligning HR practices with business objectives. This includes recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, budgeting, audit support, expatriate compliance, annual tax reporting and HR systems. This position shall report to the HR Manager (HQ) with dotted reporting line to the Country Manager, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning.

2. Employee & Industrial Relations

  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Support managers with feedback, coaching, and development.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21).
  • Experience using Talenta payroll is preferred.
  • Ensure accurate records of salaries, allowances and statutory benefits.

5. HR Budgeting, Finance Reporting & Audit
