Sea Import Operation

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full import shipment process for Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
  • Prepare and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, and customs brokers
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates
  • Monitor vessel schedules, sending NOA, create Manifest, etc
  • Ensure import activities comply with regulations and internal SOP
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sea Freight Import operations
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, B/L handling, and import procedures
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Sea Freight Import Operations (FCL & LCL)
  • Import Documentation & B/L Handling
  • Shipping Line, Vendor Coordination, Communicate with custom both offline and online
  • Time Management & Multitasking
