Job Responsibilities

Tzu Chi School is looking for a Master Data Analyst with strong ERP technical expertise and a background in Information Systems. In this role, you will be the technical custodian for master data architecture (Inventory, Fixed Assets, School Shop/POS, Vendor, and Chart of Accounts) to ensure data integrity, smooth P2P integration, accurate financial reporting, and central purchasing readiness.

Job Requirements

• Education : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. (Candidates with an Accounting/Finance degree who possess a strong ERP technical background are also welcome).
• Mandatory ERP Experience : 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP Master Data Management / Analysis (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar systems). Deep familiarity with ERP data structures, table mapping, data migration, and system workflow setup.
• Financial Business Logic : Solid understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and its direct impact on the Chart of Accounts (CoA) and Financial Statements. Ability to evaluate and assign proper ERP item treatments: Inventory, Tracked Consumables, Assets/LVA, or Direct Expenses. Basic knowledge of inventory valuation (AVCO) and fixed asset capitalization rules. 
• Data Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Power Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation Profiling). Proficiency in SQL, database querying, or BI reporting tools (PowerBI/Tableau) is a strong plus. 
•  Mindset Communication : High analytical capability to spot data anomalies across multiple sites. Assertiveness to enforce SLA standards, data validation rules, and governance policies.
