Job Responsibilities

  • Support Executives in travelling matters (Expert in travel operation & procedures, confidential files etc).
  • Handle local & overseas travel arrangements for executive levels (business trips and personal trips).
  • Maintain relations with third parties related to executive's travel sake.
  • Lead the travel arrangement team and make sure all the processes related executive's travel run smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years experience as Branch SPV/Manager or Senior Travel & Ticketing Consultant (equal to manager to senior manager).
  • Have exposure to overseas trips (USA and Europe).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have an excellent leadership & communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
