Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales
• Experience selling Digital Platform, Business Solutions, Software, System Integration, Cloud, IT Solutions, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into relevant technology solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales or revenue targets.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and key stakeholders, including C-Level executives and business decision-makers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
