Analyze operational needs based on client requests and field capacity.
Plan manpower, vehicle, and operational area requirements.
Conduct data verification and validation directly in the field.
Identify operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement.
Prepare reports and present analysis results to management and clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of improvement project implementations are welcome.
Able to translate field conditions into logical calculation models.
Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing solutions.
Communicative, able to explain analytical findings to non-technical individuals.
Proficient with advanced spreadsheets: complex formulas (SUMIFS, IFS, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY), pivot tables, data validation, and data visualization.
Understanding of basic demand planning concepts.
Familiarity with the concept of Continuous Improvement
