Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the TikTok and digital marketing space.
  • Lead sales activities, including pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Monitor market trends and develop relevant strategies and solutions.
  • Lead and support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
  • Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.
