Job Responsibilities

  • Planning job intervention on respected area for the tentative and fix schedule
  • Completes all procedures and tasks before tackling the next, contributing to data quality, KPIs and
    customer satisfaction
  • Communicating clearly and correctly with our customers, exceeding expectation
  • Correctly prioritizes the different stakeholder's requests, both internally and externally

Job Requirements

  • You have 1 year of experience, working in operation function
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skill
  • Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels - Task and Customer oriented
  • Preferable have experiences and fresh graduates are welcome and good communication with
    Mandarin will be an advantage
