Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct active door-to-door visits to prospective clients
  • Plan daily visit routes based on target regions and industry segments
  • Present the company's services to prospective clients
  • Prepare price quotations and service proposals tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service through to deal closing
  • Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize prospects based on potential
  • Produce periodic market trend analysis based on field findings
  • Prepare daily visit reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably from Management, Accounting, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales / canvassing
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, cold chain, or FMCG industries is a plus
  • Understanding of basic logistics business concepts: land freight, trucking, cold chain management
  • Able to negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to decision makers
  • Willing to work full-time in the field
