Retail and Merchandiser Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily retail & merchandise operations.
  • Drive merchandise sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage procurement, stock, inventory & replenishment.
  • Ensure product availability and stock accuracy.
  • Manage product display & visual merchandising.
  • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving & dead stock.
  • Conduct stock opname and prepare sales & inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with the Operation Manager and relevant support teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail/merchandise operations.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, F&B or hospitality is preferred.
  • Good understanding of sales, inventory & stock management.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
  • Good communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
