Job Responsibilities

  • Lead overall F&B & Retail operations.
  • Oversee restaurant, bakery, beverage, pop-up, and merchandise operations.
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Manage manpower, inventory, stock, and cost control.
  • Ensure high standards of service, product quality, and customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the operations team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience managing multi-concept operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial and operational mindset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
