Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support related to network and system services.
  • Set up and analyze Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) using PRTG.
  • Set up and analyze Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) using Zabbix.
  • Configure and troubleshoot switching and routing systems.
  • Perform maintenance on Linux servers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular service reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Network Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the networking field.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP concepts.
  • Knowledge of switching and routing.
  • Proficient in network devices such as MikroTik and Cisco.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Patient, friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Willing to work shifts, including public holidays.
