Sales Development Executive (Vet) – Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers/accounts through area mapping and prospecting.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify potential new listings and business opportunities and discuss them with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets based on the agreed sales strategy.
  • Monitor account performance, customer needs, and market conditions.
  • Develop appropriate strategies to increase sales and account growth.
  • Provide regular market and field insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Propose innovative ideas and initiatives to support product and business growth.
  • Propose and support event and activation programs based on customer and market needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts and secure appointments with new customers.
  • Ensure effective follow-up with prospects and convert opportunities into new accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, with FMCG experience required.
  • Experience in Pet Food, Retail, Animal Health, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Veterinary (Vet) background is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Good networking with Pet Shops, Pet Clinics, Veterinarians, and relevant business channels is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to analyze market conditions and identify business opportunities.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Willing to work mobile across Jakarta and Jabodetabek.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work with targets.
