Job Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher at Mighty Minds Preschool, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our youngest learners. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya, and you will be responsible for creating engaging, nurturing and enriching learning environments that foster the holistic development of our preschool students.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate, stimulating lessons and activities that support the physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth of preschool students
• Implementing a play-based, child-centred curriculum that aligns with the school's educational philosophy and national early years learning frameworks
• Observing and documenting student progress, and using assessments to inform individualised instruction and support
• Fostering positive relationships with students, parents and the wider school community
• Collaborating with the teaching team to continuously improve teaching practices and the preschool learning environment
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in a preschool or early years setting
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of young learners
• Flexible, adaptable and open to continuous learning and professional development
