Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager (Project Creator), you will be directly responsible for creating new projects from scratch (0 to 1) for our company's products, specifically targeting the Banking sector and Government Ministries/Agencies. Your main focus will be opening new doors, creating needs, closing the first project, and transforming it into recurring projects through Managed Service and Repeat Order schemes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end Project Creation (Hunting & Creating), including account mapping, solution & ROI conceptualization, presentation, closing, and delivery up to the Go-Live stage.
• Design and manage Account Management strategies to secure recurring revenue through Managed Services (M/S) and repeat orders.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field ; however, Business Management, IT, or Communication Science majors are highly prioritized.
• Must have 5 to 7 years of Sales/Business Development experience, specifically in B2B environments.
• Proven track record of closing projects with Himbara (State-Owned Banks), Private Banks, and/or Government Ministries/Agencies.
• Experience in bringing in project values ranging from Rp 1 Billion to Rp 5 Billion per project.
• Strong understanding of Tender processes, e-katalog, and LKPP regulations.
• Possess a strong and established network at the Board of Directors or Echelon I/II levels within Banks and Ministries.
• Must have a "Hunter" mentality: resilient, communicative, political savvy, tough, and not easily giving up.
• A self-driven leader who proactively hunts for leads rather than waiting for them.
• Proficient in English.
