Job Responsibilities

  • Manage factory spare parts inventory, including inventory records, stock monitoring, inbound/outbound verification, and inventory optimization
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and identify slow-moving or stagnant spare parts
  • Ensure spare parts availability to support production and after-sales requirements while controlling inventory costs
  • Coordinate with market and customer teams regarding spare parts requests, including specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate spare parts allocation, delivery follow-up, and information updates to ensure smooth supply
  • Receive, register, monitor, and follow up customer and market product quality complaints until resolution
  • Coordinate quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification
  • Maintain quality issue records and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
  • Prevent recurrence of similar quality issues through corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead quality control and quality improvement activities within the factory production process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, After-Sales Quality, or a related field
  • Experience in home appliance manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of quality control, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with customers and prepare English documentation
  • Experience in spare parts management or after-sales operations is an advantage
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Willing to be stationed at the factory
