Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end engineering project planning and execution, from needs assessment, budgeting, and implementation through commissioning and handover.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to achieve company targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, including technical evaluation, scope clarification, progress monitoring, and work evaluation.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, work methods, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, safety, quality, and regulatory standards across projects and construction activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and engineering support to support business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, utility, and automation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong financial/cost analysis skills with the ability to implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects, vendors, and contractors is preferred.
