Job Responsibilities

  • Develop lighting concepts based on outcomes of external meetings (owners and other consultants) as well as internal coordination meetings.
  • Create and develop lighting layouts and fixture placements in accordance with the approved lighting concept.
  • Define lighting fixture specifications, accessories, and control systems to be applied in each project.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding lighting product specifications and systems to be supplied.
  • Review, control, and revise designs based on feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with project-related parties on-site.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lighting design, lighting specification, architectural lighting, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of lighting concepts, fixture types, and lighting control systems.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural, interior, and electrical drawings.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Willing to conduct site visits and attend coordination meetings.
  • Proficient in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux, or similar tools).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
