Job Responsibilities

This role involves ensuring IT infrastructure operates as per design and meets business requirements, managing IT assets, and maintaining compliance with software management regulations and IT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IT infrastructure operates as per design and meets business requirements
• Account for all IT Assets (Hardware, Software)
• Ensure IT system complies with software management regulatory requirements
• Explore and exploit IT infrastructure to maximize asset utilization
• Ensure IT Systems are in compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedure, IT Operation Procedure and policies
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for IT systems, including software, system installation, troubleshooting of computer hardware, software applications and networking
• Perform testing and verification of IT infrastructure after serviced by vendor
• Support wireless LAN and LAN Network cabling in LAN/fiber repair and lay new labelling
• Manage telephone systems
• Travel within Indonesia to other offices (25%)

Job Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Experience in computer maintenance and network administration
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Flexibility in adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development
