Building Manager

Manager/Senior Manager

Full-Time

Working Mode : WFO

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance schedules, facility inspections and preventative maintenance programmes
Manage and supervise building staff, including maintenance teams, security personnel and cleaning crews
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and local Jakarta regulations
Co-ordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance and facility upgrades
Manage building budgets and monitor operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency
Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain building security systems, access controls and emergency preparedness procedures
Monitor utility consumption and implement energy efficiency measures
Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all emergency protocols are up to date
Act as a coordinator between PPPSRS & BoD / Management

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Building Manager or equivalent facility management role in a commercial property environment
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems
Proven track record in budget management and cost control
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in building management software and Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations and local compliance requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Professional certification in facility management or related field is preferred
Experience managing multi-storey commercial buildings is highly advantageous
