Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiations and prepare employment offers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment events.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS is an advantage.
Fluent in English
