Job Responsibilities

  • Provide standards, strategies, and company initiatives for sustainable growth
  • Evaluate staff work performance and report absences
  • Report ongoing promotions to the marketing team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMK/SMA; preferred D3/S1 in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in retail F&B industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Proficient with current digital technology
  • Understanding of retail F&B industry business processes
  • Willing to be placed in The Harvest Balikpapan
