Learning & Development Staff (for Driver)

Working Mode : WFO

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and driver induction programs
  • Develop and update training syllabus and learning materials
  • Prepare and update driver KPI and performance evaluation reports
  • Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope
  • Update driver data administration, including BPJS Employment and Health registration and payment
  • Process driver holiday allowance (THR)
  • Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Psychology major
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to prepare reports and administrative documents accurately
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to work in operational field and handle driver coordination
