Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize product formulations based on project briefs, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers/procurement on raw material selection, evaluation, sample testing, and technical documentation review
  • Conduct laboratory development, stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standard, product safety requirement and costumer expectations
  • Collaborate with packaging development, production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility and quality
  • Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, including formula records, specifications, development reports and batch records
  • Support pilot trials, scale-up activities, and production validation to ensure smooth commercialization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation for new and existing product formulation

Job Requirements

  • Good understanding of Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practies (CPKKB), Cosmetics formulation, Halal requirements, and Indonesia cosmetics regulatory
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, project management skill, detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Proficient in English and computers
  • Experience in Cosmetic
