Haulage Planner

Experience Staff

Full-Time

	DKI Jakarta, Kota Jakarta Utara

Working Mode : WFO

Job Responsibilities

Arrange and booking truck for shipment Export, Import, and Domestic
Planning and scheduling haulage operations to ensure efficient use of vehicles and resources
Creating optimized delivery routes to minimize fuel costs and transit times
Coordinating with warehouse teams and drivers to confirm vehicle loads and departure times
Monitoring vehicle movements and adjusting schedules to manage delays or unforeseen circumstances
Liaising with customers regarding delivery schedules and managing expectations
Maintaining accurate records of haulage activities, schedules and performance metrics
Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings
Communicating with Haulage supervisor and drivers to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Analyzing transportation data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
Managing vehicle capacity utilization to maximize profitability
Prepare daily report delivery plan

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in haulage planning, transport scheduling or a similar logistics planning role
Strong knowledge of route planning principles and freight transportation operations
Proficiency with transport management systems and planning software
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Knowledge of Indonesian road networks and local traffic conditions (preferred)
Experience with cost analysis and budget management (preferred)
Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
