Assist in teaching children in a safe and positive environment, using lesson plan and curriculum provided by HQ team
Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children
Ensure that center facilities are safe for children. That includes checking that safety equipment is available and working, removing hazards and ensuring the facility is always clean and orderly
Monitor children's progress and report any issues
Job Requirements
Strong enthusiasm for teaching and early childhood education
We welcome applications from final year undergraduate students and recent graduates (with less than one year of experience) from any academic background (majors in Psychology or Early Childhood Education would be particularly advantageous, but not a must-have)
Experienced teachers seeking an opportunity to gain experience in early childhood education are also encouraged to apply
Having relevant experiences in early childhood education (e.g., completed courses related to developmental psychology / education, past teaching experiences, volunteering experiences, etc) would be highly advantageous
Has high drive and results orientation
Good analytical thinking
Is deeply passionate about our social mission
