Job Responsibilities

Are you passionate about innovation and product development? We are looking for an experienced R&D Supervisor to lead our Research & Development team in driving product innovation while ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop new products and improve existing products to meet market and customer requirements.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with technical, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the R&D team to achieve departmental goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D function.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 365, SAP, and related quality systems is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in :

  • Colour and Colour Matching

  • Plastic and Coating Applications

  • Product Compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to work full site in Bantargebang, Bekasi
