Purchasing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the procurement process for goods and services effectively and efficiently
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality
  • Supervise and coordinate the purchasing team
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure timely material availability

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor
  • Proficient in SAP MM module (SAP HANA MM is an advantage)
  • Proven experience and involvement in projects (preferably cost-saving initiatives)
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end procurement for thousands of items, including raw materials, spare parts, and services.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), including business correspondence
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Willing to work full site in Bantargebang, Bekasi
