About the role

We are seeking an Exhibition Store Manager to join PT Lock & Lock Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our exhibition store located in South Jakarta, showcasing our premium range of products to customers and retailers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping environment, driving sales, and representing the Lock & Lock brand with excellence. This position is crucial in building brand awareness and directly influencing customer satisfaction and retail performance in the Jakarta market.

Job Description

• Manage daily operations of the exhibition store, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient service delivery
• Oversee staff scheduling, training and supervision to maintain high levels of customer service
• Drive sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial objectives are met
• Create and maintain an attractive, well-organised retail environment that showcases Lock & Lock products effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation and product displays to optimise sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and wholesale customers visiting the exhibition space
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and brand visibility
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Report on store performance, sales data and customer insights to senior management

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store management or exhibition space management, ideally in a consumer products or home goods environment
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and staff management
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating a team
• Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market and consumer behaviour is advantageous
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the Lock & Lock brand or similar home and kitchenware products is preferred
