* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Maintain Varnion's image and reputation both internally and externally.
* Prepare detailed reports following client visits.
* Oversee client cases and requests until fully resolved, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
* Assist with processes and take charge of Varnion events as needed
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Management
* Min. 1 year working experience in relevant field
* Strong communication and writing skill in English
* Good understanding in marketing strategy
* Possess pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm in marketing
