Work closely with internal team to create, distribute and maintain documents related to Finish Good, Product & Packaging, Petty Cash and Sample Purchase.
Ensure timely and proper documentations of RM (raw materials) and Supplier assessments.
Purchase sample, material and equipment for panel test through marketplace or PR process.
Coordinate package delivery with stakeholders.
Input & assemble supporting documents for Petty Cash.
Job Requirements
Qualification :
Able to operate Office Apps.
Communicative & highly motivated.
Educational background in Administration, Chemical Analysis, or Food Engineering will be considered an advantage.
