Job Responsibilities

  • Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.
  • Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
  • Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members.
  • Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Final year students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year of experience.
  • A minimum GPA (or IPK) of 3.20.
  • Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.
  • Proficient verbal and written English skills is a plus.
  • Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
