Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing with a valid STR and SIPP.
• Certified in Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS); additional nursing certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an inpatient ward is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care, patient safety, infection prevention and control, and nursing documentation.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Service-oriented, responsible, professional, and able to work in shifts.
• Proficient in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.
