Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Midwifery with a valid STR and SIPP.
• Certified in BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), PPGDON/KKMN, APN.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Midwife is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of maternal and neonatal care, antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn services.
• Competent in performing midwifery procedures and patient education.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Service-oriented, compassionate, responsible, and professional.
• Able to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Proficient in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.
