Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and improve sales team performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and team sales plans.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team achievements.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline and forecasting.
  • Support the team in presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, principals, and distributors.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs within the FSI or Enterprise sector.
  • Oversee tender, proposal, and contract processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and sales policies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant major (IT or business development).
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Sales Lead / Team Leader, preferably in IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions sales.
  • Proven experience handling Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts (banking, insurance, multifinance, financial institutions) or Enterprise accounts such as government, telco, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), manufacturing, and healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business understanding and decision-making capability.
