Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell food ingredient products, particularly for dairy and hydrocolloid applications.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, as well as acquire new customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from Purchase Order (PO) handling to coordination with the logistics/warehouse team for delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage ingredient sales, especially in dairy ingredients and hydrocolloids.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Surabaya.
