Will be directly responsible for growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ products and services in the designated region with a particular focus on the development of account management of SCHUTZ IBC & Drums in Indonesia.
To achieve greater sales of SCHÜTZ IBC, Drum & STS by achieving & exceeding the agreed sales targets, through new project and share development within Key Customers.
To represent SCHÜTZ in the market in a professional and ethical manner.
To gain respect in the general market place for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of our competitors, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.
Before going through as above Job Description, He/She will be trained by our Management and stationed at the Factory to gain and learn all of the scope of Schutz Sales.
Job Requirements
Has experience in B2B Sales at least 5 years is a MUST.
Smart, Good and Profesional looking.
Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge is added advantage.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
Emphasis onspeed as a critical aspect of the candidate's performance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and presentable appearance, with a positive and likable personality, and a proven ability to build rapport.
Fluency in written and spoken English communication is require.
