• Analyze customer needs (BANTC).
• Design ICT solutions based on customer requirements (Blueprint & Alignment Deck).
• Deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• Collaborate with sales teams on strategies and proposals.
• Configure and test ICT solutions before implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or specialized certifications can be advantageous.
• Several years of experience in ICT, Technical Sales, or a related field.
• Industry knowledge relevant to the company's operations (e.g., telecommunications, software, hardware).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate with sales teams.
• Analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP/SaaS software and other customer management tools.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain software features.
• Mandarin Proficiency is a plus.
