Job Responsibilities

• Implement the BPRM cycle to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement across all company functions.
• Collect and analyze data, then develop work plans and process flow SOPs.
• Identify risks, prepare risk management plans, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Prepare risk management performance reports & provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance role.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with analysis tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• ISO 9001 certification will be an advantage.
